GVP, Okay, here's the situation. I currently own an 1200 and bought your "FANG" (8MB/SCSI II Controller/33mhz) Hooked to this controller is a Quantum harddrive (unit 6) 240MB, a Seagate harddrive (unit 5) 340 MB, and a CD-ROM (unit 4). I run a BBS from the A1200 and after recieving my second harddrive (The Seagate) I decided to transfer all the info from the first harddrive to the second harddrive, then later transfer it back after I've done some "spring cleaning on the files." Well everything went fine except now I'm getting occasional errors that spring up very randomly which produces a window saying something to the effect of: Unexpected status 004 gvpscsi.device 4%-005 (or something like that) [RESUME] I wouldn't care too much except for the fact that it is locking the BBS up! The user has to drop carrier until I can come back and click the window close. I have 4 partitions in the first drive (Quantum) and two in the second (Seagate). I did not have this problem while running the first harddirve. The errors started after I tried to move files over to the second one. The errors originally were stating that the problem was in my first hardrive – so I reformatted the first harddrive, now the problem, the unexpected status, seems to be in the first partition of the second harddrive. It all seems to be problems with assignments, etc being moved. But I have not touch or altered any assignments in the second harddrive??!! Please help as I cannot seem to figure out what an unexpected status is and how I can have the system ignore it or deal with it. Steve Anderson
