#DXF FILES
I had a potential client come to me with a very large DXF file that
was generated in Autocad 12. The file is supposed to contain several
buildings. The final project would be to add surface information and
then animate a fly-by of the buildings.
To make things short, the file was too big and could not be read.
What is the best way for an Autocad user to construct and or compress
his data so that it can be brought easy in to 3d-Studio. I believe I
heard that his 3d models had to be built a special way in Autocad. I
would be very thank full for any information.
