#AmiQWK 2.2
Greetings, Richard.
I had been looking for an O/L reader for a while, and someone had
suggested, first Q-Blue, then someone else recommended AmiQWK(the last
version). I stumbled across the thread regarding QWK.RIP.I downloaded
AmiQWK2.2 yesterday. It took a while to get it configured properly, but I
used it last nighton a Wildcat BBS I frequent. Whew, I couldn't believe
the size of the packet, there were messages from last December.
I hope you won't mind answering a couple of questions, Richard (this is
only because the author is not readily available, and I'm Internet
illiterate). Does the BBS keep track of which files I've already read or
is that up to AmiQWK, since I got this huge packet on my first outing I'd
hate to get any repeats. Also regarding new files, does AmiQWK just
displays the names? And how would I go about D/Ling any? Is there a way
with AmiQWK, or do I do it live? I'd appreciate your help, and I'll be
sending Mr. Dawson his fee shortly.
