Using arrow keys after adjusting an in/out point moves that point by single color-frame increments, alt- and shift- on those arrows jumps by 1-sec, or by some large amount (like 1/10th the whole range) and up and down jump to the ends. The numeric pad's top row will jump you into the in-point, out-point, length and delay time entry raeas, respectively. I think you can do alot without ever touching a mouse.
