Ron,
I don't speak for Impulse, I just support Imagine in another forum, but let me
address some of your "bugs" that you found.
For your points 1 and 2, apparently you are not using an Imagine.CFG file, or
you are using one that got shipped with 3.2 (something Impulse has not done in
the past with their Updates). Copy the Imagine.CFG file that you used in 3.1
to the directory containing IM32 and all of your colors and paths and initial
screen mode will be back to what you are used to.

3. While in the staging editor, primitive spheres from
3.0/3,1 projects are no longer visible in the
perspective window. As such, projects created with 3.0/
3.1 cannot be dealt with by the 3.2 stage editor.

I haven't checked this, but to reconfigure your projects so they work properly
in 3.2 load them in, then in the action editor select SAVE so that the staging
file gets updated. This is what was done to update projects from previous
versions when they did not work properly.
