DG> I can't believe you discontinued those tapes. I have them & they are DG>
great. Sure they have some basic stuff but if you can sit thru the__ DG> stuff
you already know there are lots of unknown features which are__ DG> introduced.
Also the tapes got me exploring the rest of the program. I DG> had more or
less given up on the program until I got the tapes and now I DG> am a regular
user. I was hoping for another series of tapes, in fact.
I must agree w/ all Don said here, Ben.
BBS> If we do tapes, they'll be more advanced. You should see some of the
BBS> vitriol-filled letters we got because we sold them…
BBS> I'm truly glad you got use out of them, I am. It makes me feel a little
BBS> better.
Geeese! I sure hope you do get your mind-set turned around on putting out
more tapes. It seems altogether possible that the folks who sent you those
vitriolic letters were of the advanced ilk. Probably, those of us who really
used the tapes for "a hand up" in beginning IM R/T were so busy being amazed at
what the program will do that we were glazed over for months.
In the event you do decide to put out more tapes, don't worry too much about
the "Hollywood" aspect. Meat is what we need. Meat, and an occasional potato.
Thanks for listening, Ben. There are some software houses that could benefit
greatly by just listening to their customers.
