WinImages R3, which is the currently shipping version, does _not_ have a
watercolor effect. Peter owns both our IBM and Amiga software and got them a
little mixed up – the Amiga software does have watercolor and oil effects.
WinImages R4, due in 90-120 days, will have watercolor I believe.
