#MPEG software codec?
I haven't done any searching in other forums yet, but does anyone here know of
a software MPEG codec that would let me compress a stream of Targa's into an
MPEG file? A client of mine needs a short (5 sec.) logo 'splash' animation for
an interactive prog. they are developing– and we want to avoid QuickNOTtime
(it will be a cross-platform product). They have other MPEG segments in the
app already.
