Ron, I understand what you're saying. Actually,I heard from someone that said RexxUtil.library has commands for clipboard use and that person is going to upload it to the lib.I have the file but no docs. I've already done a little messing around with the RexxUtil.lib.I read the library file itself and it had imbedded in it the commands and <suprisingly> it also had the valid switches and keywords.These are some of the functions -> WriteClipboard( VARNAME ,[STEM/s,VAR/s], [FTXT/s,ILBM/s],UNIT/N, AUTH , NAME ) ; ReadClipBoard(); and QueryClip() which seems to give information on clips and the clipboard.The read and write did just that.This seems to be what I was looking for.Once I get the docs I'll understand the rest.
