Paul, Yep, for the majority of magazines published by big publishing houses, there are a couple of companies in Harlan, IA that handle subscription orders and fulfillment… (If you remember all the complaints about folks getting the wrong edition of COMPUTE, it was actually those guys screwing up… We were one of the first companies to go with a lot of targeted editions, and it confused the bejeezus of out the fulfillment house.) Of course, some companies still do things the old fashioned, keep-in-touch-with-your-customers way… Just today I ordered a subscription to Amazing Computing and the editor himself took my order. 🙂 …Denny
