I bought the Framegrabber back in 1989, and I still have it. I haven't used ImageFX with it, but I do have the software that comes with it. No special cable is needed, just a standard centronics printer cable (It does not come with the Framegrabber). I did not purchase the Framgrabber 2.0 software when it became available, so I only have the original software (but it works). It has never locked up my system, but it doesn't seem to like AGA machines. I don't know if PP&S is still in business. I'll check out my disk and see if there was any redistributable software on it.
