Pressing Ctrl-Esc usually does it for me. When an application hangs the
message queue, pressing Ctrl-Esc causes an "Application not responding…"
requester that allows me to kill the rogue program. I've had it take as long
as 15 seconds to respond, but it has always worked. Fortunately, message queue
hangs aren't very frequent under Warp.
