It has no other purpose than winding up the affairs of the corporation according to the law and realizing as much money from the sale of Commodore's assets as possible for the benefit of the creditors. Are you a Commodore creditor? If not, then you have no legal interest in the proceedings and the trustees, the court and the creditors couldn't care less about you or your opinions.
