Sad…but true, Amiga owners are the least likely to have any impact on
any of the transactions dealing with the Trustees.
They have 0 concern what current owners think, their concern is to
recover what they can for the current creditors of Commodore. And while it may
seem that the delays have lowered the amount that can be recovered, (and
probably has)…that, in and of itself, is not a big deal. The fact that the
corporate entity (CBU) was so intertwined…and the legalities of selling it
all off, that's the big deal.
