Shawn, I totally agree with you. Trouble is, the kind of organization you describe implies MONEY! Why? Because being a programmer is one discipline, being a documentation writer is another, and being a good businessperson is a third. Few people can combine all three attributes (I've never met anyone who really did, and I sure as heck don't myself!). Due to their size and financial condition, most Amiga developers are little tiny operations with people who need to do everything themselves in order to survive. It's not the best way, for sure; but what's the alternative? It's the cart before the horse: the companies need to be bigger to be more organized; they need to be successful to get bigger; and they need to be more organized to become truly successful. And the user community has to grow, which depends on the vendors being bigger, more organized and more successful. Anyone have some aspirin? Pete
