Kevin, Sounds like we've gone through similar trials. I don't think I will ever resort to drawing on my monitor though. I too have used vellum tracing paper cels, scanned them in, and done my ink&paint in the computer. Only I used Disney Animation Studio. It has a real onion skin effect and is geared to work the way I learned classical animation. I actually started to buy Animator Pro once and returned it in dissappointment. It was more like a glorified slide show maker. I am hoping the Animator Studio will be what I need. It is the only turn-key system I've heard of for the IBM. One package to do the video and audio together would be great. Now to do anything, you have to use a hodge-podge of software to get your final product. Maybe we can talk about our animation trials some more. Hope to hear from you, Eddy R. Wood P.S. I heard in this forum that Animator Studio will release on March 31. Here's hoping.
