Hi Chris, The time should be about 15 or 30 seconds and the animation saved in Autodesk flick ( *.FLI )format. Resolution is 320 * 200 in 256 colours. The nearest animations I can think of are the HANDS.FLI which comes with Autodesk Animator, also HERBIE.FLI which is in the Autodesk forum. What I propose is to have these 2 Animations taken into a meeting and used with rough estimates. If the group decide to take it on, then a storyboard will follow etc… We also need an idea of how long it would take for each scenario. Time is not critical at this stage.
