RE: "Osmosis Brain Tap" & come over and be a test subject.
This was meant as a sort of "backwards" complement. If I succeeded in making
an Osmosis Machine I figured the FEDS, CIA, Pentagon, and FDA would be lining
up to steal my secrets, so I would have to TAP into only the best brains, i.e.
the ones with information that I don't currently have stored in my "Brain
Bucket" BEFORE my technology became a government secret…..

It might be my Spanish background, but I don't quite know what you mean by
"come over." I assume you are not one of my neighboors here, in Endicott, NY.
