John: KACT TV is a PBS station and Master Control operator is the guy that
switches all the programs around, loads tapes,records the on air progmans(for
later showing), mades the break reels, does some editing, ad any thing else
that (Lee, My BOSS) can come up with. 🙂 No! really he is the one that airs all
the programs, becuse we do not have an automated system.
