At the moment you need to have a Turtle Beach Tahiti or Monterey sound card for
Quad. The basic package comes with the Tahiti which is a Monterey card minus
MIDI wavetable capabilities. I've seen it lately for about $320 in Computer
Shopper. Word is they will eventually make a version compatible with other
sound cards, but if the speed at which they are getting together the 1.1
version is any indication, it will be a while yet. The Tahiti is an awesome
card sound quality-wise and I highly recommend it.
