As far as the resolution of the video we're currently supporting Video for Window's AVI files. Without special video acceleration you can play videos at 320×240 resolution on a fast 486. Since we're sitting on top of Video for Windows you can look at ant AVI file with the Media Manager that comes with Windows to get a sense of the quality of video that's possible. The real value added of Video for Notes is how we use Notes as the container of video references. The question around video streaming accross the network is a little more complicated since it's really depends on your current network load. For example, Video for Windows files usually have anywhere from a 1.5 to 5 megabit rate. If your network is standard ethernet, 10 mbits, you can play any video you want provided your getting the full 10mbits. If you have a lot of network traffic you need to think about how your network is configured. If your interested in doing realy heavy network video you might want to look at segmenting your network or implmenting a solution that will give you more bandwidth such as fast ethernet or ATM.
