PMJI, but I think that 2D animation has been terribly overlooked for years.
RIO Animator suggested what could be done, but -like a lot of other things- it
just tacked animation on the side of a graphics package. I have my hopes
currently focussed on Autodesk Animator Studio. I don't have a beta of this,
but it certainly has a good animation pedigree!
