Jeffrey, Many people use the PAR to output high quality video in real time to any VCR. Expect to pay up to $3K for this quality. Some people use the MAX which costs more and has more system requirements, but delivers great video. If this is out of your range, I would look at MARS (MPEG Animation Recorder System) from Daewoo before going the video conversion route. There is a good review of this in the library.
