second HD
I'm trying to hook up my old 20 Meg Miniscribe HD with my 345 Meg Maxtor. I
have the 20 meg set as unit 2, not bootable. And the Maxtor as unit 6, my boot
drive. If i hook the Miniscribe up by it's self, it works fine. But if they are
together then sometimes the machine will not boot. When it does boot then the
20 Meg drive comes up as non dos and i cannot format it. I have an A500 with an
IVS SCSI Trumpcard.
If anyone has any idea about this problem It would be greatly appreciated.
