Absolutely. Producing a '4000 with an EC030 was about the biggest mistake CBM
could make. Having no MMU means that the lowest end developer machine was a
'1200 + 3rd party processor card or a '4000/040. <sigh>
*Not* the best marketing decision, IMHO.
