Developers of all kinds departed the Amiga scene. As for game developers
Sierra on Line comes to mind, as one who opted out.
True, at one time, people believed if a computer played a good game, that
it was not a "real" computer. However, if you wander through the game
section of stores, you sure do see a lot of IBM games both on disk, and CD
Rom.
Indidentally, there aren't near the number of games for the Mac, that
there are for the IBM, but it doesn't seem to help it sell any better.
