"I don't know about you, but I'm tired of having my intelligence insulted by this industry. It's getting old." And I fully agree. But I still maintain there's a big difference between Apple, IBM, Microsoft and many others who simply announce that they intend to develop a product and outfits like Utilities Unlimited, SunRize and DevWare who advertise capabilities for their existing products that aren't even on the horizon. I refer specifically to Emplant's other-than-Mac emulations, SunRize's SMPTE compatibility with AmiLink and DevWare's CroutonTools. As far as I'm concerned, firms like this (and there are many more in the Windows and Macintosh environments) ought to be run out of town on a rail – followed closely by the vaporware announcers. Guess the whole industry could stand a cleanup . . . or a lynch mob. <G> Jerry
