"If it weren't for the dreamers, we wouldn't have come down from the trees and
we wouldn't be advancing now."
Bob:
Don't forget that a lot of those "dreamers" were just plain nuts, crackpots
and a hundred other things.
I'm all for imagination, but some schemes are just unworkable to begin with –
and the idea of Amiga machine owners somehow influencing the liquidation
process is one of them. It's a matter of law now and only the creditors (and
maybe at some point the shareholders) have any standing to influence the
procedure.
Commodore fans had a chance to show their devotion at a much earlier point in
time by purchasing new computers. Large numbers of them didn't and the company
collapsed.
It's kind of late in the game for a group without even a hint of legal
standing to somehow believe they could influence the process. There'd be a
better chance of turning a pumpkin into a coach. <G>
