Well, I'd very much like to see a detailed breakdown of the military budget. How accurate it would be I don't know, but I'd still like to see it. >But every year that the budget doesn't go UP is a CUT, because every year >costs go up. OH, this just KILLS me! I don't remember if you pulled this particular Republican weasel move or not, but I've been hearing ENDLESSLY about how, say, an increase in some program or other of 3% IS NOT A CUT (even though the increase doesn't keep pace with inflation and/or cost increases). I'm glad you're with me in the Quest For Truth In Accounting! I do think that peacekeeping operations should probably be considered at least partly seperately when considering the DoD budget; it's not really fair otherwise. Mr. Zombie – Warped forever!
