Michael,
I know that others have already made the suggestions to development to add this
functionality. You will not be able to search for billable in the calender in
4.1b. One way around this ts to change your event templates to include the
word "billable". You can then search the calendar events descriptions for the
word "billabe". I understand that this is not ideal, but should provide a good
work-around for now.
