Doug Thanks very much for the generous comments. I'd like to add that your suggestions were a very significant factor in the creation of this new version, resulting in an entirely new interface and a number of other changes, such as Address Book popping up prior to the main dialog box (in fact, I took this suggestion of yours and implemented it in the WinWord version a few months ago). So, thank you for the generous comments, thank you for your help, and thank you for making a contribution to RH. I appreciate them all, and am grateful. David
