CompuServe Messages

Dean – My problem is that I travel a lot and often do much of my business in airport lounges, at phone booths or planes etc. When I call into my voice mail, I retrieve the messages often writing them on a legal pad and returning many of them then and there while I'm hooked into the long distance network. Later I want to log these original messages and the way they were resolved into DTS. You told me how to log the correct time for taking the message. Now how do I log the correct time for resolving that message? Currently it appears it will only let you log the time you enter the information when you click Resolve on the message pad screen. Is that enough of an explanation? Thanks, George.
