Greyed entries?

Well I have DTS 4.1b running. 2 problems:
1- about 50% of the phone book entries (I have over 2,000 entries) are "greyed
out".
2- many of the entries will not enter <COMPANY> <BUS PHONE> <ADDR 1> etc., on
reminders although it does seem to work on the calendar.
3. Book and or Calendar are still causing GPF's and bumping me out of windows.
Hope all is well with you. I'm ready to throw this computer out & get a new
one. In regard to that, is a Domino 486 as good as a Gateway in your opinion?
