Hi Jamie, Got both of your messages. Let me start by saying that I've got things working as they should be <BG>. As it turmed out it *was* the MCI driver. However, I feel that I should debrief you on how I got there. >> Check that you are using the latest version of the PAR MCI drivers version 1.1, if not you will find that the RAZOR PRO version 1.0c automatically installs the PAR MCI drivers into a subdirectory called PAR_MCI in the RAZOR directory. << I don't know if mine was an isolated case – but, installing RP ver. 1.0c **did not** create a subdirectory called PAR_MCI. I checked the INSTALL.LST file and saw that it probably should have done it, but…. Anyway, since I copied the update (raz.zip) from the BBS into a tmp directory, unzipped it, and installed it from this tmp directory (into c:\RAZOR) – I had some trouble, at first, finding the drivers. For some reason neither the drivers nor its directory were copied over. So I just manually copied over the files (MCIPAR.DRV, OEMSETUP.INF, MCIPAR.INI, & MCIPA2.TSK) to the \RAZOR directory and manually updated the driver thru Windows Control Panel. Now my 9555 frame ANI will play !!! Should I create a PAR_MCI subdirectory or is it a dead issue at this point?? Again, I don't know if this is an isolated case or an issue that others may come accross as well – but thought that you might want to know ??! Thanks for the help!! Gary 🙂
