Dov, I've recently used a Mac formatted Syquest disk in my PC to get some PICT images off of. They copied off of the Mac disk just fine… I'm not yet sure of writing files from the PC to the Mac disk will be able to be read on the other end… You might want to check out the Syquest BBS – I was told they may have some utilities that make sure the two platforms interoperate. Let me know what you find – I was hoping when I bought the Syquest to do just what you're hoping for – trading of information without the purchase of both systems. Good Luck… -Glen
