Picture Publisher makes objects like objects, Photoshop 3 has "layers", which
can be painted on again, and outside the "boundaries" of what PP would call an
object. in PP, you can't paint on the objects once they're created, you gotta
do some playing around before that can happen. (like make a larger object, and
paste the other to the new.) I don't know much about Photoshop's usability vs.
Picture Publisher- I haven't worked with Photoshop as much. I like some things
from both, but wish I could combine them into one program. 🙂
How do you like 3DO development?
