Paul, Congratulations Paul, its great to see things are coming along for you. I have never testified in court, but I did have to give my deposition. The case settled before it made it to court, therefore I didn't have to testify. Your bill my be paid by the attorney on the opposing side. When I gave my deposition the opposing side paid for my time, since they were the one asking the questions. I guess it would depend on who is calling you to testify. I would charge the same for court time as I would for developing the animation, I'm assuming you charge by the hour. I would expect the attorney to pay any expenses that I incured if it is out of town, also. I'm sure somebody has some direct experience and can give you some better answers. Let me know how it goes.
