Printing Logged Calls

When I tried to print a logged call, the system tells me my printer settings
are not correct and that default printer settings will be initialized. I then
get an error message that DTS cannot initialize my printer. Printing in all
other areas that I hjave used print correctly. Any suggestions? I am using
the LasetJet 4 printer driver.
