Found it, found it :z I just activate *only* the segment I want to add frames
to, then select TIME/SCALE SEGMENT. Sorry to bother you. I want to mention
though, it was harder to find in the manual than I think it should be. Seems
like one should be able to look up FRAMES, then in the list have "adding,
deleting, page 8-132". Oh well, nothing good is ever easy 🙂
