I'm still using a DX2. The motherboard has an opti chipset I've also seen an
SIS w/ the same layout. The processor and memory are on one side of the board
not blocking any bus slots allowing full length cards in all: This if possible
will be the best layout. On pentium pci boards make sure the processor doesn't
block any ISA or EISA bus slots. Remember the PAR and TBCIV need to be next to
ea. other. I use a fan blowing directly on the PAR drives to keep them cool. I
also don't have any board model numbers accessible at the moment. -Scott
