I hope you understand that CHAOS was never tested at all under Windows, any
version. Frankly, I'm amazed that it works at all; it quite merrily writes
directly to the screen, and has no interest whatsoever in sharing its space
with any other programs. It is also quite demanding on memory, and (with one
exception, saving the backing store for the pop-up menus) makes no use at all
of anything outside of the traditional 640K. Some of the modules are sensitive
and caring enough to allow limited operation when memory is low. 493K is
probably below the useful threshold. Good luck; I sure wish Autodesk hadn't
discontinued this.
