Ron, Well the real point I was trying to make was that the keyfile is sent that way as a convenience to the purchaser, giving him a faster upgrade. The "Normal" way is just mail you disk, which Jack does do rather quickly, but it still takes a week or more. It is not a strange way to upgrade though. I found it very convinient.
