2. Market penetration for a hardware product ranges from 3% (fair)
to 9% (outstanding)
3. A manufacturer should expect to sell about 7,500 Amiga add-ons
vs. 250,000 for an I.B.M.
4. The leading 1 MEG add-on board for the I.B.M. (Intel AboveBoard
with 1 Meg installed) retails for $699.00, yet the leading 1 MEG
add-on board for the Amiga (the C Ltd. aMEGA Board, which has more
components than the Intel and a case for external mounting which
is not needed on the Intel because it is an internal board) has
a suggested retail of only $549.00
