Videomaker Magazine, March 1995, has an article on audio in which the author says you can dub sound on the tape while preserving the sound already there. You feed the hi-fi stereo from the already recorded tape in the record VCR into your audio mixer, put other sounds (a CD or audio cassette, for example) also into the mixer, and then output to the recording VCR into the linear input. My problem is I am brand new to the AG 1970 and can't figure out how to output the hi-fi stereo and select linear audio input. The user's manual is fine if you want to know how to set the clock, but worthless if you want to know any of this technical stuff. Can anybody help me with this?
