#ISA Card to NTSC
I'm looking for a less than $350 PC board (isa) that will allow me to place
scanned
color images (whether as *.gif, *.bmp or Adobe format) and Corel Draw images
into my edit mixer using a Y-C (S-VHS) connector. Hopefully, with better than
256 colors and hopefully with reasonable (whatever reasonable is) quality. Am
I dreaming or is there such a beast?
