<<<<the space controller i was refering to was the spacetec one this would control a wand like object in the virtual world>>>> We use the SpaceController as a flying device or a Wand (or both) in our CDK app. It works great. It is a fun device but takes a little while to master how to fly with it if you don't offer 'training wheels'. We found that if you offer a mode where the dominant DOF overrides all others, folks can learn how to use it at the beginning, then they can take off the 'training wheels' to fly all 6 DOF simultaneously as their skill improves. Children seem to pick it up faster than adults for some reason. Besides the head of engineering at Spactec, my 9 year old is the best flyer I know on the SpaceController with all 6DOFs acitve. We already have a CDK sensor built for this device using CDK Rel1 and are ready to implement it in Rel 2 under windows, however, Spactec is still finishing up the development library for Visual C++, so we are waiting on them. They say any day now…. Should be soon. If we can be of help, let us know. It will be included with our other tools available to CDK developers. Angela Pate MicronGreen
