Albert,
You are correct sir! MeshPaint 3D does require 16 bit or greater video display
to function properly. I was in such a rush to write the short text file that I
forgot it.
The performance of the program is dependent on both the speed of the processor,
and the speed of the video card. However, I've been able to enjoy it on even a
486 33 with a $75 video card.
