Peggye,
I've come across a firm called Fiber and Wireless who do a product called
MediaFone. It's hardly Video Conferencing – more like slow scan – but it
works.
It will use modems, V.110 ISDN Terminal Adapters or work over a Netware LAN.
It can use a variety of image capture cards.
