I realize that you could assemble any type of system. I am
currently working on a film and finding a 128 meg 100mhz Pentium
barely adequate for the job. The PAR is manditory in a production
environment, and tape drives of less than a gig are not useful…I
guess it all depends on what you want to do with your 3DS system. I
am writing an aritcle about a system that will produce motion picture
quality output and be competetive in the Hollywood environment. We
have different orientations. Variety is the spice of life!
