drives/CIS
First, I havn't been on because CIS chopped me; I went over my limit, and
five days before they were supposed to take it from our company account, they
decided (I guess) We weren't going to pay? Geeeeez. So, this isn't our
regylar user number, if you noticed. Second, on the drive adaptor board; In
the 4-5 days since I put up that message, I got about ten replies… Which
doesn't sound too good, really. maybe it is though. I guess we are such a
small group out of the Amiga bunch that it might represent some worthwhile
percentage. Anyway, I really appreciate the responses… we will decide in a
day or two, and I will let you all know. If we DO do it, there will NOT be
drives supplied; or cables… these are commercially available, and we have
negative interest in becoming a distributor of common hardware, subject to
market pressures, etc. If someone else wants to give it a try, we will sell
them the boards… Lets see if there are any bites on that one! Third, PCLO
now has an official release date; we will place it on the market on April
second, which is when the ads should hit the stands. PCLO appears to be
bug-free at this time, and we would like to thank the Beta sites for their
patience and perserverence, and of course, the faith and cold cash they
invested in our efforts.
